AntBNB is an Airbnb management company I founded in 2024, based in Gainesville, FL. During my search for my first investment property in the area, I discovered the rapidly growing short-term rental market and was immediately intrigued. This led to the launch of our first Airbnb, located adjacent to our home. After several years of experimentation with various software platforms and strategies, I refined a successful approach and gained the expertise to help others achieve similar success in the short-term rental space.

My primary objective is to empower Airbnb hosts by providing them with a seamless, passive income experience. I achieve this through a suite of advanced online tools that streamline key aspects of property management, including pricing, cleaning, and maintenance. These tools have enabled me to consistently outperform the local market, maintaining occupancy rates of 85% or higher and achieving average daily rates significantly above the market average.

In addition to managing properties in Gainesville, I have also expanded my investment portfolio to include long-term rental properties in Michigan, further diversifying my experience and expertise in real estate.
