Corporate Leasing

    Essentially, I sign a long term lease at your property (generally multi-year leases), and operate them as a short term rental.

    This provides a unique opportunity for property owners to fill their long term rentals by leveraging the short term rental market.

  • Traditional Leases: Here I we will agree to sign your normal long term lease agreement and operate it is a short term rental

    Profit Share: Instead of a normal leasing agreement we would instead work as partners. I would run the space as a short term rental and we share percentage of total revenue.
